From scratch, every day
Founded in the heart of Kensington Market, we set up shop at 160 Baldwin Street because this neighbourhood is everything we believe in: independent, diverse, and obsessed with great food. Every day, we fire up the grill and make each taco, torta, and birria from scratch using traditional recipes and the freshest ingredients we can source.
Real ingredients, real flavour
Our al pastor is spit-roasted low and slow. Our birria is braised for hours until fork-tender. Our salsas are made in-house daily. There are no frozen patties, no microwaves, no artificial anything. What you taste is real Mexican street food. the kind you'd find on the streets of Mexico City, Guadalajara, or Oaxaca.
